Traffic Law

 

Have you received a speeding ticket? Has your license been revoked for a missed court date or unpaid citation? Have you been charged with Driving While Impaired?  

 

We have assisted clients throughout Avery,Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Mitchell and Watauga Counties in keeping their licenses, reducing exposure to insurance increases and license points, and providing defense in the courtroom when necessary. I also take all available steps to prevent you from having to appear in court on several dates and miss work.

 

 

Domestic Violence

 

Domestic violence comes in many forms, each unique to a particular situation.  Unfortunately, there are also cases of false accusations with multiple motivations behind the story. 

 

I represent victims of domestic violence.  Those that are victims of another’s actions and those that are wrongfully accused by another.

Domestic violence cases have the unfortunate highest rating of dangerous cases. If you have been injured or threatened by your spouse or any other person, take immediate action. Everyone has the right to feel and to be safe.
